All Done

I appreciate CML for being a leader in lifelong learning. I am glad that I have had this experience and would love to continue with some more topics.(hint) I hope I will be able to use all I learned in the future, whether with customers or for myself. I loved learning about and using Wikis. Since I was already using Flickr, I want to say, I am glad others got to experience Flickr. Regarding improvements, I would suggest more time to complete. I am glad we did have extra time, but I know some staff still did not get to finish.

I would love for CML to invest in staff again by offering something similar to this in the future. I think Learn and Play got staff more experience with technology and it got staff helping each other.

MOLDI

I have never downloaded an ebook because it was not compatible with my iPod. Now that it is, I am going to give it a try. I browsed the ebooks and put myself on reserve for a title. I tryied downloading an audio book and I got an error. I am going to try on my home computer now that some books are compatiblw with iPod. The selection was only ok. I did not find many current titles that I was looking for in the catalog.

Podcasts

I have never downloaded or listened to a podcast. On my home computer I have Itunes, but I never have explored the podcasts. I went to the website http://www.podcastpickle.com/ I found a podcast that I really like and will subscribe too. The podcast is Grammar girl. I also looked through some of the Hall of Fame and Top 100 podcasts. I will give podcasting a try.

YouTube

I like YouTube. I find that it feeds my voyeristic hunger. I love to watch the wedding dances. I like that people think out of the box and don't have to waltz for their first dance as a married couple. In May, I read "The Last Lecture." I was so inspired and would love to be just like Randy. I would love to live my life the way he did. I had my entire family read the book and my mom has had her friends read it too.

Tool box of web 2.0 tools

I never knew this existed. I had already explored the Library thing and made a book shelf, so I explored something different. I stumbled upon;) StumbleUpon. This website is cool. After registering, you pick topics that you are interested in and the website shows you a page. You click on thumbs up for "I like it" or thumbs down. It starts to remember your tags and it gets smarter by bringing up website that you like.

Web 2.0 award winning site

I like oodle. I am always looking for a deal. I want to buy a sizzix and found one on oodle much cheaper than in the stores. When I get home, I am going to email the person and see about getting a machine. I do hope the seller's on this website are not crooks!
